I stopped in and assumed it’d be a quick grab-and-go thing, but the staff were so friendly right away. I also figured they might rush me since I couldn’t decide on a bagel, but they were really patient and helped me pick one. Just an easy, pleasant visit overall.

The bagels tasted fine, so I can’t really complain too much, but the portions felt a little small for the price. I finished my food and still felt kind of hungry, which was disappointing. It wasn’t bad or anything, and I’d probably be okay with it in a pinch, but I don’t think it felt super worth it overall.

The bagels are actually good, so I’ll give them that. But I was expecting more options based on how the place presents itself, and the menu ended up feeling kind of limited. It’s fine for a quick bite, but the promise of more variety definitely didn’t match the reality.

The bagels were fine, but my order was messed up again. I asked for everything bagels and got plain ones instead, and one of the spreads was missing too. This is the second time this has happened to me. I mean, it’s not a huge deal, but when you’re paying extra, you’d think the order would be checked before it goes out. Annoying to have to double-check the bag every time

I ordered a breakfast sandwich, and it just wasn’t that good. I might be mixing up whether I grabbed it right away or it sat for a few minutes first, but either way the bagel itself was only okay, the egg was kind of rubbery, and the cheese barely seemed melted.

I do like the bagels from Bethesda Bagels. They usually arrive fresh, the order is packed well, and ordering online is straightforward... so no real complaints there.
The main thing is the delivery. A couple of times it showed up right on time, but once it was almost 40 minutes late with no real update. Not terrible, but I probably wouldn’t order from them if I needed food for a meeting or anything time-sensitive. Three stars for now.

I really wanted to like these, but the texture was kind of off for me. The bagel I had was super chewy, and not in the good fresh-bagel way. The outside was also a little too hard, so it was tough to get through tbh.
